Choose your exam board
All three qualifications cover number, algebra, ratio and proportion, geometry and measures, probability and statistics, but paper order and mark totals differ.
Qualification code: 8300
Foundation grades 1-5 or Higher grades 4-9. Students take three 90-minute papers: one non-calculator and two calculator papers.
Qualification code: 1MA1
Foundation or Higher tier, assessed through three written papers. Paper 1 is non-calculator and Papers 2 and 3 permit a calculator.
Qualification code: J560
Foundation grades 1-5 or Higher grades 4-9. Students take three 90-minute papers, with the middle paper being non-calculator.

Mark each area secure, developing or priority using recent question evidence.
Separate content required for your tier and check the methods and vocabulary expected.
Practise by topic, then return to mixed papers so you must choose the method yourself.
