Cancellation & rescheduling policy

1. Rescheduling or cancelling a lesson

• Please email algevora@gmail.com at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time if you need to cancel or reschedule.
• With at least 24 hours' notice, a paid lesson may be moved to another mutually agreed time without a rescheduling charge.
• Rescheduled lessons remain subject to Daniel's availability.

2. Late cancellations and missed lessons

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the lesson, and lessons missed without notice, may be charged at the full lesson rate.
• Daniel may waive the charge where there are exceptional or unavoidable circumstances. This will be considered fairly on a case-by-case basis.

3. Arriving late

• If a student joins late, the lesson will normally still finish at the originally scheduled time.
• If the student has not joined within 15 minutes and no message has been received, the lesson may be treated as missed.

4. If Algevora needs to cancel

• If Daniel needs to cancel or reschedule, as much notice as reasonably possible will be given.
• The lesson will be rearranged at a mutually agreed time or any payment already made for that lesson will be refunded or credited in full.

5. Payment

• Payment is accepted by bank transfer or secure Stripe payment link.
• The payment timing for recurring or individual lessons will be confirmed before paid tuition begins.
• Any refund due under this policy will normally be returned using the original payment method where practical.

6. Group sessions

Separate booking, cancellation and minimum-attendance terms may apply to future summer group sessions. Those terms will be provided before a group booking is confirmed.

7. Contact and statutory rights

Questions about a cancellation or payment should be sent to algevora@gmail.com. Nothing in this policy affects any statutory rights that apply.
